Bookings collapse. Hotels sell out on event weekends and then quote three times the normal rate for the one room left. A lease ends before the next one starts. Work sends you to Boston on Thursday for Friday.

Whatever the reason, the list above is every apartment we have, with tonight marked on each one from our live calendar as this page loaded. The ones free tonight say so.

Why this is easier than another hotel search

You are not booking a room in a building with a front desk. These are whole apartments - your own front door, your own kitchen, laundry, and somewhere to park that does not cost extra.

That matters most in exactly the situation that brought you here. If there are four or six of you, one apartment replaces two or three hotel rooms at short notice, which is usually the thing that is impossible to find. And nobody is sleeping on a rollaway.

The practical details

Stays run from a single night up to 27 nights. Every apartment is a licensed City of Boston short-term rental, so you are booking something legitimate rather than an unregistered listing that could vanish.

Check-in is 3pm and checkout 10am as standard, but on a same-day booking tell us what you need and we will work with it.
